About Us
Built to Cut. Made in Missouri.
Pacific American Carbide manufactures solid carbide tipped chainsaw chains in Pacific, Missouri β right in the heart of America. We're not a reseller. We're not a middleman. We build chains.
What We Do
We take quality chainsaw chain and tip every cutter with solid tungsten carbide. Not a coating. Not a plating. Real carbide β the same material used in industrial cutting tools, mining equipment, and drill bits. We braze it onto the tooth so it stays put and keeps cutting long after standard chrome chain has given up.
Why We Do It
Because standard chainsaw chain wasn't built for the real world. It was built for clean wood in perfect conditions. But that's not where most people cut. They cut firewood that's been sitting on the ground. Storm damage full of dirt and sand. Old fence posts with nails. Barn wood. Pallets. Construction debris.
Standard chain goes dull in minutes in those conditions. Carbide keeps cutting.
Where We Do It
Pacific, Missouri USA. Every chain we sell is manufactured right here. No overseas sourcing, no mystery supply chains. American materials, American labor, American quality.
Pacific is a small town about 40 miles west of St. Louis on the Meramec River. It's chainsaw country β surrounded by timber, farms, and people who actually use the products we make.
Who We Build For
- Firewood cutters β who are tired of sharpening every other tank
- Arborists and tree services β who can't afford downtime on a job site
- Farmers and landowners β clearing fence rows, storm damage, and dirty timber
- Demolition crews β cutting through wood with nails, wire, and embedded metal
- Electric saw owners β who need maximum cuts per battery charge
Our Promise
We make one thing and we make it well. Solid carbide tipped chainsaw chains that cut longer between sharpenings, handle the worst conditions, and are made right here in America.
No gimmicks. No hype. Just carbide that cuts.
